NVA presents the heartwarming and hilarious holiday show PLAID TIDINGS. A Special Holiday Edition of Forever Plaid, PLAID TIDINGS marks the return of Sparky, Jinx, Smudge, and Frankie, a teenage singing group who've been sent down to earth by the heavenly Rosemary Clooney to put a little harmony into a discordant world.

A beloved tradition is back for the holidays at Honolulu Theatre for Youth. Christmas Talk Story, a collection of original tales by local authors, returns with a few favorites, a few new works, and enough laughter, live music and joy to warm everyone's hearts for the season.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL, the dazzling annual holiday tradition entertaining thousands of families each year, will be presented from November 23 through December 22 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane. The timeless classic is directed by Scott Calcagno and features a cast of acclaimed Chicago actors, led by Michael Joseph Mitchell as 'Scrooge.' The beloved story is enhanced with traditional carols. Drury Lane Theatre also offers families the special opportunity to have breakfast or dinner with Santa Claus on select performance dates, with a festive buffet-style menu complete with seasonal favorites.

The 2012 Hollywood Christmas Parade will be held in the streets of Hollywood, CA this Sunday, November 25, 2012, kicking off with a Pre-Parade Spectacular Show from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., followed by the parade proper from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Comedian and larger-than-life personality MURRAY HILL (aka Mr. Showbiz) gives the much needed gift of holiday cheer and entertainment to New York City with his legendary Yuletide tradition: A MURRAY LITTLE CHRISTMAS at Le Poisson Rouge, Saturday, December 15 at 8pm. Expect an evening of hilarious and wacky skits with the cast, a sleigh full of cheesy holiday songs, plenty of nuts, fruits and tree trimming. Murray also promises a few tender moments when he sings his signature 'Have Yourself a Murray Little Christmas.'

Nickelodeon brings holiday cheer to viewers with a brand-new live-action/CG TV movie, A Fairly Odd Christmas, premiering Thursday, November 29, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). Starring Drake Bell (Drake & Josh) and Daniella Monet (Victorious), A Fairly Odd Christmas follows Timmy Turner as he travels around the world granting kids' wishes. When his good intentions get him in trouble with Santa Claus and land him on The Naughty List, Timmy must find a way to save Christmas before it's too late. The TV movie is executive produced by Nickelodeon hit-maker Butch Hartman and is based on his Emmy Award-winning animated series The Fairly OddParents.

In New York, THIRTEEN will air the program Monday, November 26 at 8 p.m.

This holiday season DSI Comedy Theater is giving audiences weekly chances each week to relive their holiday stress with hilarious evenings of comedy. Beginning Saturday, December 1 at 9 p.m., the comedy hot spot is running Love In The Time of Santa Claus, a sketch comedy revue. The show runs through December 22. Each show costs $12 with $10 tickets available for students. All shows take place at DSI Comedy Theater, 200 N. Greensboro Street, located in the Carr Mill Mall between Elmo's and Southern Rail. Nickelodeon brings in the holiday cheer with the release of SpongeBob SquarePants Don't Be a Jerk It's Christmas!, a digital e-book, available now, and limited-edition hard cover print edition available exclusively on NickShop.com. A group of 136 Stagedoor Manor students from all over the world will sing and dance the grand finale at this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade®, marking the famed theatrical summertime training ground's fourth consecutive Parade performance. After traveling the entire parade route, the Stagedoor Manor students will arrive at Herald Square and introduce Santa Claus by performing the number "Santa By The Book" from Macy's new program Yes, Virginia The Musical. Yes, Virginia The Musical had its world premiere at Stagedoor Manor earlier this year and its original cast, made up of 28 Stagedoor Manor students ages 10-13, will accompany Santa and Mrs. Claus on their float for the entirety of the Parade route.
