Fertile Ground Festival 2024 Announces Return With New Director Tamara Carroll

The fifteenth Fertile Ground Festival comes with two significant changes: longtime Portland arts administrator and artist Tamara Carroll (they/them) steps into the role of Festival Director; and the Festival, typically held in January and February, will take place April 12 through 21, 2024.
