Photo Flash: In Rehearsal with OF MICE AND MEN at Bay Street; Full Cast Set!

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the cast of this November's Literature Live! production of John Steinbeck's OF MICE AND MEN, directed by Joe Minutillo. Performances will be held at the Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor, NY from November 9 to 28. Public performances will be presented on Fridays and Saturdays November 13-14, 20-21, and Thanksgiving Weekend, November 27-28 at 7 pm. BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the cast in rehearsal below!

Australian Playwright, Nick Enright's thought provoking play, A PROPERTY OF THE CLAN returns to the Sydney stage in a time when society still has a problem with violence against women. Presented with maturity and sincerity, this fictional work, based on a true story is unfortunately still as important and topical for today's society as it was in 1992 when it was first staged.

42nd Street Moon Presents ZORBA, Now thru 5/20

42nd Street Moon, the company that presents intimate productions of uncommon musicals, concludes its 2011-12 season with a journey to Greece and Crete for the Kander and Ebb classic, ZORBA. Based on the book Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis, this musical is a salute to the spirit of Greece, where Zorba celebrates life, but also lost love, heartbreak and death. Opening is tonight, Saturday May 5 at 6 pm. The show will run through May 20.

42nd Street Moon, the company that presents intimate productions of "Uncommon Musicals" by great 20th Century composers, today announced casting forSUGAR, the first 2012 mainstage production of the season. The show will feature Michael Kern Cassidy, Tony Panighetti and Riley Krull in the starring roles, under the direction of Dyan McBride.SUGAR opens at the Eureka Theater on April 7, with three low-priced previews April 4 - 6, and runs through April 22.

RSC Brings Goold's ROMEO AND JULIET et al. to Lincoln Center '11

The Royal Shakespeare Company's 44 member acting ensemble will perform five plays by William Shakespeare at Park Avenue Armory as part of Lincoln Center Festival next summer. Lincoln Center Festival and Park Avenue Armory, in association with The Ohio State University, are bringing the Royal Shakespeare Company to New York for this six-week engagement. This unprecedented theatrical event takes place July 6 through August 14, 2011.
