The Steppenwolf Theatre Company's new production of Kenneth Lonergan's critically acclaimed This is Our Youth, just opened on Broadway last night at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48 Street). In this production, Michael Cera makes his New York stage debut opposite Kieran Culkin and Tavi Gevinson, which premiered at Steppenwolf in Chicago this past summer, and is directed by Anna D. Production wrapped last week in Los Angeles on THE NIGHTMARE – the latest film from acclaimed director Rodney Ascher (ROOM 237) and Content.

It was announced today that Content Film, the worldwide sales arm of Content Media Corporation Ltd., has acquired international sales rights to the high concept sci-fi thriller 400 DAYS, starring Caity Lotz (THE MACHINE, THE PACT, ARROW), Brandon Routh (SUPERMAN RETURNS, ARROW), Dane Cook (GOOD LUCK CHUCK, DAN IN REAL LIFE) and Ben Feldman (CLOVERFIELD, FRIDAY THE 13th, MAD MEN).

Unified Pictures announced today that Academy Award®-nominated director John Stevenson (“Kung Fu Panda”) will direct the company's first CG-animated feature inspired by “Noah's Ark,” which is slated for completion in 2016.

Principal photography has begun on Screen Gems' thriller 'The Perfect Guy,' starring Sanaa Lathan ('The Best Man Holiday'), Michael Ealy ('Think Like A Man,' 'Think Like A Man 2,' 'About Last Night,' 'Seven Pounds') and Morris Chestnut ('Think Like A Man,' 'Identity Thief,' 'The Best Man Holiday'). The film also stars Charles S. Dutton ('Longmire,' 'Against the Ropes,' 'Cry the Beloved Country,' 'Alien 3'), Rutina Wesley ('True Blood') and Kathryn Morris ('Cold Case'). Directed by David M. Rosenthal ('A Single Shot,' 'Janie Jones'), the film is produced by Tommy Oliver ('1982,' 'Kinyarwanda'), Darryl Taja ('New IN Town'), Nicole Rocklin ('The Magnificent Cooly-T,' 'Middle of Nowhere') and Wendy Rhoads ('The Haunting in Connecticut,' 'Because I Said So') and will shoot on locations throughout Los Angeles.

Williamstown Theatre Festival welcomes Renee Fleming in the World Premiere of LIVING ON LOVE, opening today, July 16, and continuing through the 26th. This World Premiere by Joe DiPIetro and Garson Kanin is based on the play Peccadillo by Garson Kanin and directed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall.
