The cast of Southland Theatre Artists' 26th Annual fundraiser, ORIGINAL CAST, has been announced. The event will take place at the Luckman Fine Arts Complex (5151 State University Drive) on Cal State LA's campus on Saturday, May 1 at 7:30 PM.
Single tickets to Pittsburgh CLO's 2010 Summer Season lineup that includes Oliver! (June 1-6), Miss Saigon (June 8-20), Curtains (June 22-27), The Producers (July 6-18), Hairspray (July 20-August 1) and The Student Prince (August 3-8) will go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday, April 26.
La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts and McCoy Rigby Entertainment present the fourth production and the 'rocking-est' show of La Mirada Theatre's 2009-2010 season, BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story, written by Alan Janes & Rob Bettinson with choreography by Dana Solimando, musical direction by Darryl Archibald and directed by Glenn Casale. BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story will began performances on Friday, April 16 and officially opened on Saturday, April 17. The Ogunquit Playhouse is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert F. Levinstein to the new position of Associate Producer. Robert has been associated with the Playhouse since 2002, first as the resident Production Stage Manager and then starting in 2008 as the Director of Production. As Associate Producer, Robert will oversee all theatrical operations for the 78-year-old company, named by the press as America's Foremost Summer Theatre.
