The evening benefits Loma Linda University Children's Hospital with a cast that includes Craig Bierko, Jennifer Coolidge, Laraine Newman, Eugene Pack, Matthew Perry, Tracee Ellis Ross, Dayle Reyfel, Ryan Reynolds, Bruce Vilanch, Lesley Ann Warren, and Fred Willard.
