Nature Airs MYSTERY MONKEYS OF SHANGRI-LA Special Tonight

Hidden away in the Chinese Himalayas are beguiling monkeys unlike any other of their kind. Very rare, and only discovered in the 1960's, Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys have mesmerizing faces, with tiny noses, almond eyes and large pink lips, while their elfin-like young have ears that make them look like Yoda from 'Star Wars.'

PBS' Ric Burns Presents American Ballet Theatre Documentary

Ric Burns' new documentary American Masters -- American Ballet Theatre: A History premieres nationwide Friday, May 15, 9-10:30 p.m. on PBS (check local listings) in honor of the ballet company's 75th anniversary. The film features American Ballet Theatre Soloist Misty Copeland, who has been named by TIME Magazine to the 2015 TIME 100 -- its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world -- and is featured on the cover.

Due to popular demand, Theatre for A New Audience's production of Soho Rep.'s An Octoroon has been extended again and will play through March 29, Theatre for a New Audience Founding Artistic Director Jeffrey Horowitz announced.

Theatre for A New Audience Extends AN OCTOROON Through 3/15

Due to popular demand, Theatre for A New Audience has put a new block of tickets on sale for its production of Soho Rep.'s An Octoroon. An Octoroon will now play through March 15 at Theatre for a New Audience, Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place. Opening night is February 26.
