The Public Theater announced complete casting today for the 2016 Free Shakespeare in the Park production of THE TAMING OF THE SHREW, beginning performances on Tuesday, May 24 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Directed by Phyllida Lloyd, this all-female production is part of the global 400th anniversary celebration of William Shakespeare's life and death. The free production will officially open on Tuesday, June 14 and run through Sunday, June 26.

Lyric Opera of Kansas City continues its 58th season with a Lyric Opera Premiere production of Anton Dvo?ák's rarely performed opera Rusalka, November 7, 11, 13 and 15 at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The production will be sung in Czech with English titles.
