The Patricia Noworol Dance Theater (PNDT), a NYC-based company committed to the creation of unique dance and physical theater performances that demand life, passion, and physicality, presents the U.S. premiere of Patricia Noworol's latest work Culture over the course of three evenings June 13 - 15, 2013. Celebrating its five year anniversary, PNDT is joined by the award-winning Hip Hop troupe, Renegade (Herne, Germany), in this risk-taking, provocative piece that sharply criticizes institutionalized culture and business.

Articulate Theatre Company has announced the NYC premiere production of Jenny Connell Davis' DRAGON, directed by Cat Parker. DRAGON will play a limited engagement as part of the 4th Annual Planet Connection Theatre Festivity at the Robert Moss Theatre (440 Lafayette St., 3rd Floor). Akad?meia Theatre presents Miss Nowhere Diner, a play about the power of faith, the lure of deceit by Kathleen Potts. The Brewing Dept. is proud to present Jenny Vallancourt's new play The Living Room, directed by Thomas Kapusta, as part of the 5th Annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. The Festivity will take place May 30 through June 24 at the Gene Frankel and Robert Moss Theatres. The Living Room will play in the Gene Frankel Theatre June 8 through June 22.

Rabbit Hole Ensemble will present the reading of a new play,TO NO ONE, by NYIT Award winner Edward Elefterion. Casting has been announced for the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity Gala 'One Acts for a Cause' on Sunday, June 16 at 7:30pm at the Alice Griffin Jewelbox Theatre in the Pershing Square Signature Center. The evening will raise funds for the non-profit Safe Horizon and showcase three new one-act plays by acclaimed playwrights Neil LaBute, John Patrick Shanley and Winter Miller (Neil LaBute and Winter Miller's pieces will be world premieres).

Loretta Michael Productions presents the world premiere of 'Straight Faced Lies,' a comedic drama written by Mark Jason Williams and directed by Melissa Skirboll, June 2-22 at the Robert Moss Theater (440 Lafayette Street). The show is part of the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, New York's premiere eco-friendly and socially-conscious arts festival, and both Mark Jason Williams and Melissa Skirboll are Planet Connections Award winners: he received the 'Outstanding Playwriting' award in 2011 for 'The Other Day,' while she was named last year's 'Outstanding Director' for The Closet.

Berkshire Theatre Group Company Member, Jayne Atkinson, who appeared as Edith Bolling Galt Wilson in last summer's world premiere of Edith, will join the cast of The Lion in Winter, in the role of Eleanor of Aquitaine.
