Tony-nominated actor Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde; Rothschild & Sons; Javert in Les Mis; upcoming Paint Your Wagon) will lead the cast of MAGICAL THINKING: My Favorite Indigents & Severe Clear by playwright/designer Carrie Robbins, and directed by Paul Dobie (Associate/Assistant Director for B'way's Once, Cabaret, Wicked, Martin Short… Fame Becomes Me, Glengarry Glen Ross).

The 5th Avenue Theatre welcomes audiences to Spotlight Night, an exciting and exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse at the next major musical in the 2015/16 season, Lerner & Loewe's Paint Your Wagon. This Spotlight Night is an evening of story and song exploring the world of this epic Gold Rush musical and its incredible journey to The 5th Avenue stage this season. Hosted by Executive Producer and Artistic Director David Armstrong, this free event will feature fascinating guests, insightful stories and performances from some of the show's brilliantly talented cast including Robert Cuccioli, Kendra Kassebaum and Justin Gregory Lopez.

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey 2016 Annual Gala invites guests "behind-the-scenes," into the Theatre's renovated "theatre factory" today, April 9, 2016 for an evening of festivities that includes an alluring array of unique silent auction items, delicious food and libations, a star-studded cabaret, and major recognition of Bank of America's exemplary support over the years. 

Robert Cuccioli, Michele Ragusa, Danny Gardner, Maxine Lineman and Christina Aranda sang the songs in Scott Siegel's Greatest Broadway Songs vol 4 at Feinstein's/54 Below and BroadwayWorld was there.

The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts unveiled its 2016-2017 season this evening during its season announcement and community reception celebration, which also kicked off the 16th annual Flint Hills International Children's Festival. The season includes a variety of Ordway produced musicals, Broadway tours, world music concerts, dance performances, Broadway Songbook offerings and special performances that reflect the Ordway's mission of bringing the finest performing arts to Saint Paul.

Amas Musical Theatre (Donna Trinkoff, Artistic Producer) and The Amas Musical Theatre Lab will present staged readings of Distant Thunder, a Native American Musical, with book by Lynne Taylor-Corbettand Shaun Taylor-Corbett, lyrics by Chris Wiseman and Shaun Taylor-Corbett, additional music by Robert Lindsey-Nassif, and music direction and arrangements by Michael Moricz.

Cabaret performers and musicians and fans of the art form tend to refer to the people in this tight-knit niche as "the Cabaret Community." Well, that community is really coming together for one of its own with a benefit concert to raise funds for the extremely popular actor, director, and cabaret performer Erin Cronican, one of a very rare group of women in her 30s who is staging a fierce battle with breast cancer. The star-studded show, billed as Cabaret Beats Cancer and a call to arms to "Crush The Beast" is at Don't Tell Mama (343 West 46th Street, 212-757-0788) on February 27 at 5 pm.
