Cranford, NJ native Michael Nigro, known to many viewers as Friedrich from THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE with Carrie Underwood, is now starring as Johnny in NJSDA's production of AMERICAN IDIOT at the Westminster Arts Center in Bloomfield, NJ.

The New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts Encore Theatre production of AMERICAN IDIOT readies for its premiere January 8-10, 2016. The two-time TONY Award-winning hit musical American Idiot, based on Green Day's GRAMMY Award-winning multi-platinum album, boldly takes the American musical where it's never gone before.

Warehouse of Theatre presents the world premiere of THE DEATH OF THOMAS EDISON, a new play by Lee Smith, with direction by Katherine Hammond as part of the 18th annual New York International Fringe Festival - FringeNYC. Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Warehouse of Theatre is a collective which devotes its energy to passionately creating a conversation, juxtaposing cinematic imagery and poetic language.

They've renovated their downstairs space, and will host a FREE weekly comedy show featuring the best of Chicago's burgeoning alternative comedy scene.

Drafthouse Films, the film distribution arm of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, announced their acquisition of US rights to 2012 Toronto International Film Festival favorite and Fantastic Fest Audience Award winner I DECLARE WAR, directed by Jason Lapeyre and Robert Wilson. The viewers have spoken, and Rob Wilson of Boston has been named as the winner of THE PRICE IS RIGHT's first-ever male model search. The announcement was made today on the long-running game show, which is daytime television's #1 program. Wilson begins his week-long gig on Monday, Oct. 15.
