Theater at Lime Kiln Announces Cast Of THE FANTASTICKS And Raffle Winner

Theater at Lime Kiln today announced the winner of their diamond raffle, a yearly event associated with the organization's casino night fundraiser. Former Lime Kiln Board member Anne McClung of Lexington was awarded the $2000 carat diamond, donated by Hamric and Sheridan of 11 West Nelson Street. (more...)

'This is going to be a fantastic evening,' said Renz, 'with local talent volunteering their time and with area individuals and businesses donating their time, services and goods to help sustain the theater.' There should be plenty of howls of laughter, as Theater at Lime Kiln takes the New Vic Theatre of London version of Bram Stoker classic novel and turns it into a crackling, tongue-in-cheek farce. Theater at Lime today released information about its 2009 season, stocked full of music, Shakespeare, juggling and STONEWALL COUNTRY! Executive Director Kim Renz says this should be a really successful year for the 26-year-old arts presenting organization. 'Lexington will be an exciting place this summer, thanks in no small part to the return of Lime Kiln's signature piece, Stonewall Country, on July 10th through 12th.
