Soap Fan Mystery Theatre kicks off with a new series of staged readings featuring Hollywood favorites, the most popular stars of daytime television, and rarely performed Agatha Christie mysteries at The Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills, located at 135 S. Doheny Drive (at Wilshire Boulevard).

The curtain rises at Town Hall in New York City on March 21, 2010 in celebration of the sixth annual 'ABC/SOAPnet Salutes Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS as the spotlight shines on stars from ABC's 'All My Children,' 'One Life to Live,' 'General Hospital' and 'The View' who'll join together singing and dancing on Broadway for a one-night-only gala concert in support of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. ' The announcement was made today, by Brian Frons, president, Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group.

BURN THE FLOOR, the electrifying Latin and Ballroom dance spectacular, opened this weekend at Broadway's Longacre Theatre (220 W. 48 Street). BURN THE FLOOR has thrilled audiences in over 30 countries, and is the first show of the new Broadway season, playing a limited 12-week engagement. On Monday, March 9th, 2009 stars from ABC?s ?All My Children,? ?One Life to Live,? and ?General Hospital? performed at the 5th Annual ABC Daytime and SOAPnet Salutes Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS benefit at Town Hall in New York City. The annual event raised an all time record of $330,000 bringing the cumulative total to nearly $1.5 million dollars since the shows inception in 2005. David Alvarez, Trent Kowalik and Kiril Kulish, the three young stars playing the title role in the new Broadway hit, Billy Elliot the Musical will make a special guest star appearance at the 5th Annual 'ABC and SOAPnet Salute Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS,' performing the song 'Electricity.'

The curtain rises for the fifth consecutive year as the spotlight shines center stage on stars from ABC's 'All My Children,' 'One Life to Live' and 'General Hospital' who will be singing and dancing on Broadway for one night only in support of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
