Grosse Pointe Theatre presents "Oklahoma!" opening Sunday, September 16 with a 2:00 PM matinee at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Road, Grosse Pointe Farms. Continuing performances are September 20-22 and 27-29 at 8:00 PM, plus Sunday shows on Sept 23 and 30 at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $24. Group rates are available. Grosse Pointe Theatre held the annual Clarence Awards Dinner on June 19th at MacRays Banquet Center in Harrison Township. The award is named for the first show GPT produced in 1948, Clarence, a comedy by Booth Tarkington. Awards went to GPT members from the Pointes and throughout Metro Detroit.

Miss Saigon opens on Sunday, April 26 with a 2:00 p.m. matinee. Remaining performances are Wednesday, April 26 to Sunday, May 3, and Wednesday May 6 through May 9. Evening performances are at 8:00 p.m. Sunday matinees are at 2:00 p.m.
