Emmy Award-winner Tony Shalhoub (Monk) joins Emmy-winning actress Edie Falco in NURSE JACKIE, the SHOWTIME comedy about a flawed emergency room nurse. Shalhoub stars in a recurring role as Dr. Bernard Prince, a new ER doctor who has a great bedside manner, a special touch with his boss, Gloria Akalitus (Anna Deavere Smith), and who offers Jackie something she desperately needs - a friend.

ROCKY hit Broadway last night, officially opening with stars Andy Karl and Margo Seibert at Broadway's historic Winter Garden Theatre. The show features an original score by Stephen Flahertyand Lynn Ahrens and a book by Thomas Meehan and Sylvester Stallone, who was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for the 1976 Oscar-winning Best Picture, Rocky.The production is directed by Alex Timbers, with choreography by Steven Hoggett, and Kelly Devine. According to The Hollywood Reporter, former VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE star Julie White has landed a major recurring role on the sixth season of Showtime's Edie Falco-led series NURSE JACKIE.

DANCING WITH THE STARS duo Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy star in Broadway's FOREVER TANGO, which opened last night, July 14, at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 W 48th Street). Forever Tango, the internationally acclaimed entertainment phenomenon began preview performances last week, and is slated to run through Sunday, August 11.
