Two extraordinary careers, one unforgettable evening. Legendary songwriter Jimmy Webb and celebrated R&B singer Thelma Houston will perform together for the first time in forty years. Jimmy Webb is the writer of "MacArthur Park" - the famous song inspired by the park in Los Angeles, where a Levitt Pavilion is now located. Proceeds from the event will support the free summer concert series at Levitt Pavilion MacArthur Park. Houston's first album "Sunshower" was written, arranged and produced by Webb. Together, Webb and Houston will perform songs from this critically-acclaimed album. Webb will also perform his classic hits which have become a permanent part of the American music landscape.

Directed by Cameron Murray, 'Stepping Out' features a cast of some of Key West's best comedic actors. The show opens on May 6 and runs until May 29th (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays) with a curtain time of 8:30 pm. The production sponsor is WKWM, 91.5 FM with the Platinum season sponsors of El Meson de Pepe, Comcast and Digital Island Media. Opening night will include a catered post performance party held in the sculpture garden in front of the theater.

Rehearsals begin today, Monday, April 5 for the World Premiere production of PARADISE FOUND, a new musical under the combined direction of Theater legend and 21-time Tony Award winner Harold Prince (the original productions of Cabaret, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, Company, Follies, Evita) and 5-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman (Crazy For You, Show Boat, The Producers, Contact). This is their first collaboration since the landmark, Tony Award-winning revival of Show Boat. Following the New York rehearsal period, the production will open at London's acclaimed Menier Chocolate Factory with performances running May 19 through June 26.

These Broadway legends will bring their critically acclaimed theatre concert to the Joe R. and Theresa Lozano Long Center for the Performing Arts for one performance only on Thursday, March 25th, 2010 at 8 p.m.

As co-founder of Actors Bridge Ensemble, Bill Feehely has been responsible for bringing to Nashville audiences some of their most provocative theatre experiences as well as ushering some of the city's most noteworthy world premieres to the stage. Pasadena Playhouse announced casting today for their upcoming production of Lerner and Loewe's CAMELOT, featuring book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. Nine-time Emmy Award-winning director/writer/producer David Lee (co-creator of 'Frasier' and director of the Ovation Award-winning production of Can-Can at Pasadena Playhouse) directs a cast of eight in this timeless tale of passion, desire and betrayal. Based on 'The Once and Future King' by T.H. White, CAMELOT was originally directed and staged by Moss Hart on Broadway in 1960. The musical, which is the first production of the Playhouse's 2010 Season, will play January 8 - February 7, 2010 with the official press opening on Friday, January 15 at Pasadena Playhouse.

Camelot, the definitive musical theater fable that The New York Times calls 'the ultimate fantasy of the musical stage,' ushers in the new Broadway Series at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall on Sunday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m.
