To celebrate a new cast and its second year in the West End, Sonia Friedman Productions has today released brand new production photography for the critically acclaimed, multi award-winning musical Dreamgirls at the Savoy Theatre in London, which is currently booking through to 2nd June 2018.

The first U.S. National Tour of the hit musical THE BODYGUARD will play at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) from January 9 14, 2018. In Providence, THE BODYGUARD is part of the Taco/White Family Foundation Broadway Series.

International star Lesley Nicol will play Miss Hannigan in the 40th Anniversary West End production of the timeless musical ANNIE when it crosses the Atlantic and comes to Toronto's Ed Mirvish Theatre, April 24 to May 27, 2018.

Last night (30 November 2017), the West End Company of Annie officially welcomed Meera Syal who now plays the role of Miss Hannigan in the hit musical at the Piccadilly Theatre. Today, Michael Harrison and David Ian, producers of the West End production of Annie, have officially announced that from 27 November 2017, Meera Syal will join the Company to play the role of Miss Hannigan for the duration of the run which concludes, as previously announced, on 18 February 2018 at the Piccadilly Theatre.

According to Daily Mail reporter Baz Bamigboye, actress and singer Meera Syal will be taking over the role of Miss Hannigan in the West End production of Annie. Syal is well known for her roles in Doctor Strange and Doctor Who. She was last seen in the West End in Romeo and Juliet (2016). Syal joins the cast from November 27 through February 18.
