Set to take place September 24-25 in Canton, MA, a suburb of Boston, the multi-faceted fundraiser combines world-class headliners and nationally known musical talent on three stages, including several of today's most popular children's performers. This one-of-a-kind festival aims to raise $1 million to benefit the Life is good Playmakers, the action arm of The Life is good Kids Foundation.
Rachael Yamagata has reunited with Happenstance producer, John Alagia (Dave Matthews Band, Jason Mraz, Liz Phair) and is putting the finishing touches on her new studio album, the follow up to her heralded 2 CD Set Elephants...Teeth Sinking Into Heart. Yamagata will self release the album this Fall.
Oh the heels of tours with Fitz & the Tantrums and Ray LaMontagne , Mexican singer, songwriter and keyboardist Ximena Sari ana (hi-MEN-a sa-rin-YAH-na) will be hitting the road this summer with Sia. The nationwide run, which also features Oh Land, kicks off July 21st in Minneapolis, MN and runs through August 19th in Vancouver, BC. Ximena joins on July 22nd in Chicago, IL. She will also be playing this year's Lollapalooza and Outside Lands festivals.
