Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA ("Richemont") and Winona Capital Management LLC ("Winona Capital") announced that an agreement has been reached whereby Richemont will acquire Peter Millar LLC ("Peter Millar"), a US-based, international luxury apparel business, in a private transaction.
