Herbert Siguenza returns to the Alley Theatre, having previously appeared in ¡Cantinflas! and Culture Clash in AmeriCCa, as actor, playwright and artist for the world premiere of A Weekend With Pablo Picasso. Siguenza brings his virtuosic writing, acting and design skills into Picasso's private studio, 'Le Californie' on the coast of France, for an intimate and revealing weekend. Picasso's controversial and flamboyant opinions and creations gripped the public imagination and forever changed 20th century art. Delving into the creative mind and work of one of the most inspiring artists of modern history, this play explores Picasso's proclamations about ambition, destruction, creativity and art as an agent of social change. Recommended for mature audiences, strong language and brief nudity.

TheatreWorks, the nationally-acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley, has announced the line-up for its 2010-2011 season. Founding Artistic Director Robert Kelley and Managing Director Phil Santora announced a 41st season that will include three world premieres (bringing the company's total to 56); three regional premieres including the newest play by the author of AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, Broadway's quirky hit musical about writers writing a quirky hit musical and a spell-binding mystery about a Japanese-American veteran charged with murder; and two Broadway favorites. Amphibian Stage Productions is proud to embark on its twelfth season of plays that challenge the way we see the world around us. The adventure continues as Amphibian Stage Productions brings to Fort Worth six plays - three of them regional premieres - by playwrights both new and seasoned. Amphibian's mainstage season will include three full productions at the Hardy and Betty Sanders Theater, located in the Fort Worth Community Arts Center: Animals Out of Paper by Rajiv Joseph, Wittenberg by David Davalos, and Vigil by Morris Panych.

Casting has been completed for the Broadway premiere of Rajiv Joseph's play BENGAL TIGER AT THE BAGHDAD ZOO - set to begin previews March 11 and open March 31 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 W. 46 St.), starring Robin Williams in his Broadway acting debut - it has been announced by the play's producers Robyn Goodman, Kevin McCollum, Jeffrey Seller and Center Theatre Group.
