LIVE will soon welcome eight-time GRAMMY®-winning artist, and current GRAMMY nominee, Barbra Streisand to the Clive Davis Theater for its first program of 2017 on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017, at 8 p.m. Presented by American Express, A Conversation With Barbra Streisand will be moderated by GRAMMY Museum Executive Director Bob Santelli and will feature an intimate discussion with Streisand surrounding her illustrious career as an award-winning actress, singer, director, writer, composer, producer, designer, and author.

Congress Passes 'BOTS Act' to Crack Down on Broadway Cyber Scalpers

It was announced today that after a speedy seven days of bipartisan deliberation, the U.S. House of Representatives, by unanimous consent, will pass a bill intended to introduce federal legislation that would crack down on cyber scalpers and the use of 'bots' to snag thousands of popular theater, sports, and concert tickets.

The Representatives latest site-specific, politically-charged production of PRIVATE MANNING GOES TO WASHINGTON, which imagines a secret meeting between transgender Army whistleblower Chelsea Manning and President Barack Obama, has added more performances to its limited run, now playing through Sunday, 12/18 at The Studio @ 345 in the Meatpacking District345 (345 West 13thStreet - west of 8th Avenue) NYC.  As with all productions by The Representatives, the performance is followed by a party sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery.  Tickets are only $40 and $20 for students. They are on sale at therepresentatives.org and brownpapertickets.com.

The Representatives are presenting the world premiere of a newly revised and expanded production of 'Private Manning Goes To Washington' by Stan Richardson. Performances begin Tonight, Tuesday, November 29th for a limited run, with the Opening on Sunday, December 4th. This timely play will be performed at the Studio at 345 (345 West 13th Street - west of 8th Avenue) NYC. The production is co-directed by Stan Richardson & Matt Steiner, with design by Paul Hudson and dramaturgy by Jordan Schildcrout. Tickets are only $40 and $20 for students. The price includes the show and the After Party sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery with wine, beer & spirits provided and the opportunity to discuss with the creators and audience members.
