A go-getting young producer of new musical theatre is filling the normally quiet month of August at Greenwich Theatre with two full-length musicals to appeal to a wide range of audience -- The Who's Tommy and The Adventures of Pinocchio.

USA Network today announced a second season pickup of the captivating one-hour original drama series MR. ROBOT, ahead of the series premiere tonight at 10/9c. This buzzy breakout series has already received significant critical acclaim, prestigious industry honors and has garnered nearly 3 million views in its unprecedented pre-linear launch across a wide array of digital platforms. The second season, which will include a minimum of 10 episodes, will air in 2016.

According to Deadline, stage favorite Lily Rabe has been tapped to lead the cast of the upcoming independent film MISS STEVENS, described as a 'coming-of-age/character and life study.' Julia Hart will direct the film, which she co-wrote alongside Jordan Horowitz.

The Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival (perry-mansfield.org/events/3/new-works-festival) now in its 18th year, brings performing arts professionals together in the Rocky Mountains to continue Perry-Mansfield's founding principle of nurturing new talent through new work. This year's festival, taking place this weekend, June 12-13 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, will feature new works from some of America's most prestigious theater companies: Atlantic Theater Company, Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theatre Company, Primary Stages, andSouth Coast Repertory.
