THE FOLK SINGER, a new musical about contemporary times, opens on Sunday, October 9th at Theater for the New City (155 First Avenue at 10th Street). Created by the team behind the critically acclaimed 2015 production of Heather Smiley for President, the musical has a book and lyrics by Tom Attea, with music composed by Arthur Abrams.
