IMAGINOCEAN's 'Dorsel' has released a music video professing a deep love for Tony- and Emmy Award-winning Kristin Chenoweth, currently appearing in Broadway's PROMISES, PROMISES. In the video, 'Dorsel,' voiced by IMAGINOCEAN creator and performer John Tartaglia, performs Stephen Schwartz's 'Popular' from Broadway's WICKED, a song originally performed by Chenoweth. Last night, May 23, the Drama Desk Association hosted the 55th Annual Drama Desk Awards ceremony at the F.H. LaGuardia Concert Hall at Lincoln Center. Former Drama Desk Award winner Patti LuPone hosted the ceremony, which honored the best of Broadway and off in the 2009-2010 season. As part of Kids' Night on Broadway during Back2Broadway Month in September, Camp Broadway and members of the Broadway League's Kids Advisory Board are proud to present the first-ever Kids' Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, September 15th from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. The one-hour meeting will be moderated by 2009 Tony Award Winner, Gregory Jbara, from BILLY ELLIOT, who will encourage kids to share their opinions, ideas and experiences on a variety of Broadway related topics. The information collected from the attendees will be shared with the Broadway community to enhance audience development programming.
