London's Theatre-Rites celebrates self discovery and remembering what it felt like to be a child in MOJO, a physical theater performance of puppetry, live music, dance and illusion that will run at The New Victory Theater, 209 West 42nd Street, from October 26 through November 4.

Northern Ballet's Madame Butterfly dances into the Lyceum Theatre from tonight, 18 - 22 September 2012. Madame Butterfly is directed and choreographed by the Company's Artistic Director, David Nixon OBE, who originally created the piece on his wife, Yoko Ichino, the internationally renowned ballerina, who is now Ballet Mistress and Academy Associate Director at Northern Ballet. The Northern Ballet version of the production premiered at Leeds Grand Theatre in 2002.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, multi-Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Sarah McLachlan will compose music for KING KONG, at Melbourne's Regent Theatre.

Over 180,000 new tickets are released for public sale today (10 September 2012) as Top Hat at the Aldwych Theatre extends its booking period to 28 September 2013. Seventy seven years after its movie release, Matthew White's production arrived in the West End earlier this year having completed a 20 week sell-out UK tour. Richard Eyre returns to the Almeida Theatre to direct the world premiere of Nick Dear's The Dark Earth and the Light Sky. Running from 8 November 2012 - 12 January 2013, press night is 15 November 2012. Designs are by Bob Crowley with lighting by Peter Mumford and sound by John Leonard.

The Marriner Group and Global Creatures have announced that their adaptation of KING KONG will open in June 2013 at the Regent Theatre, Melbourne. Check out the behind-the-scenes video below, which features pictures of the set and a hint at what to expect from King Kong himself.
