Jacques Brel RETURNS ...The Music of Brel, Blau, Shuman and Jouannest en Cabaret announced that Bob Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde) and Natascia Diaz (The Capeman) will join the cast for the remainder of the run at The Triad, 158 West 72nd Street, NYC. Presented by Dan Whitten, Mark Beigelman, Peter Martin and Tiger Theatricals, Jacques Brel RETURNS... is a new cabaret production featuring highlights from Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris as well as Brel songs not in the original score.

Following two years of renovations and restorations the Sony Centre For The Performing Arts will re-open its doors on Friday, October 1, 2010, exactly fifty years to the date of the first opening night performance, October 1, 1960.

The New York Choreographic Institute, an affiliate of New York City Ballet, will celebrate its 10th anniversary with three performances at Miller Theatre at Columbia University on Friday, November 5 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, November 6 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

New York City Center's seventh annual Fall for Dance Festival, running September 28 - October 9, will showcase 20 national and international companies and choreographers. With ticket prices remaining at $10 for all seats, a night of dance is more affordable than a night at the movies. The festival will include world and U.S. premieres, and will feature several companies making their first U.S. appearances.

Peter Martin returns to The Sheldon (Saturday, September 11, 2010) with acclaimed bassist Christian McBride. Raised in St. Louis, and with strong roots in the New Orleans jazz scene, Peter Martin is an accomplished pianist, producer, arranger and composer. Having traveled the world and played with today's finest jazz musicians, from Chris Botti to Wynton Marsalis, Peter Martin Music Live showcases jazz masters past and present in an intimate and casual setting.

Brazilian guitarist Romero Lubambo is a force on the Latin jazz scene. Born in Rio de Janeiro and now based in New York, the virtuoso musician has established himself as an acclaimed performer and composer, collaborating with artists such as Michael Brecker, Wynton Marsalis, Paquito D'Rivera, and Kenny Barron, among many others, and leading his own, groundbreaking ensemble, Trio da Paz.
