Tracy Letts' AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, winner of the 2008 Tony, Pulitzer Prize, Drama Desk, New York Drama Critics Circle, and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Play, is proud to welcome Tony Award-nominee Johanna Day, in the role of 'Barbara Fordham,' and Michael Milligan, in the role of 'Little Charles' to the Broadway company on Tuesday, October 14th.

The superstars are staying in alignment when Barb Jungr and Marilyn Maye return to the Metropolitan Room to reprise two of the most well-received shows in recent memory - Jungr's 'I Got Life' and Maye's 'Love on the Rocks.' Both ladies, who appeared in overlapping sold-out engagements during an exciting two-week span in September, are featured at this year's Mabel Mercer Foundation's Cabaret Convention at Lincoln Center. They will supplement their appearances there with late-night encores of their two recent Metropolitan Room acts.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) announced that single tickets will go on-sale on Sunday, October 12 for ROAD SHOW, a new musical featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by John Weidman, and direction and scenic design by John Doyle.

Joe's Pub will be offering 10 free shows in celebration of 10 years of the Pub on October 11th and 12th. Bailey Hanks, Broadway's new (and final) Elle Woods will be the guest at this week's Seth's Broadway Chatterbox on Thursday, October 2nd.

Linny Fowler, Beth Falcone and Karla Mosley to present BROADWAY FOR OBAMA. Over twenty Broadway performers will join local rising stars in a concert that will send Barack straight to the White House. Tomorrow, Wednesday October 1st, Seth welcomes Hairspray stars Constantine Rousouli and Marissa Perry live and in person at 12:00PM.

Orfeh, aka Paulette in the Broadway musical Legally Blonde, had her very own portrait unveiled at the popular theater district Italian eatery, Tony's DiNapoli to celebrate the upcoming release of her new solo album, What Do You Want From Me, on September 30. Tony DiNapoli's is located at 147 43rd Street. The hosts for the evening were radio personality Valerie Smaldone and Tony DiNapoli's General Manager, Bruce Dimpflmaier.

On Thursday September 25th, as part of The ASCAP Foundation's NYMF Seminar Series, the cast of [title of show] discussed the highs and lows of guiding their musical from the New York Musical Theatre Festival to Broadway, there was also a performance and cd sigining as part of the evening. The event took place at Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Square which is located at 1972 Broadway at 66th Street.

Feature film Harvest, written and directed by Marc Meyers, is currently in production in Connecticut. Produced by Jody Girgenti and Marc Meyers under their Ibid Filmworks banner, Harvest is a drama about three generations of a family coming together one summer, around the eventual passing of the patriarch of the family, a WWII veteran.
