Kerry Ellis will be returning to WICKED London on Monday 1 December after leaving the Broadway production of the show.

Blue Hill Troupe, Ltd., the only musical theater group in New York City to donate its net proceeds to charity, kicked off its 85th season with Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Into the Woods, November 7 through 15, 2008 at Dicapo Opera Theater, 184 East 76th Street. The Blue Hill Troupe produces a musical every fall and a Gilbert & Sullivan operetta every spring, and has donated over $3 million to local charities.

Understudy Matthew Risch has stepped into the title role of Joey Evans in PAL JOEY while an injured Christian Hoff rests. Hoff injured his foot Friday evening and the production cancelled the Saturday Matinee on November 22nd. Risch will continue in the role for tonight's special Monday night performance.

The production began performances Saturday, November 8 at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theatre, 18 Minetta Lane. The limited 12-week engagement officially opened Wednesday, November 19th. SPRING AWAKENING, Broadway's Tony Award-winning musical is holding a special benefit concert to support SafePlace. The December 15th concert will feature the current cast of the Broadway show 'Spring Awakening,' as well as special guest, original cast member and Tony-Award nominee Jonathan Groff. The evening will feature all new arrangements of Holiday songs by 'Spring Awakening' vocal arranger Ann Marie Milazzo, and will be musically directed by Kimberly Grigsby.

A fully staged musical comedy for kids, DEAR EDWINA will have a limited engagement, as part of the DR2 Kids series at the DR2 Theatre, 103 E. 15th Street, NYC, from Friday, November 14, 2008 through Sunday, January 25, 2009. The show had an official opening on Sunday, November 16th.

Tickets are on sale today for preview and regular performances of PEEPSHOW, the sexy new production set to open at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. PEEPSHOW, starring pop superstar and television personality Mel B., will open for preview performances on March 30, 2009, with an opening night gala planned for April 18 of 2009.

Past and present performers of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Spring Awakening come together for a night of unique music inspired by the Rainer Maria Rilke poem Sonnets to Orpheus, Part Two, XII. Proceeds from the show will benefit the Actors Fund and IRT Theater's Artist In Residency program.
