Author Paul Thomas takes emergent readers to a wonderful adventure ride as he enters the world of literature with his first juvenile fiction tale 'The Adventures of Little Red: The Mascot' (published by AuthorHouse). Written 15 years prior its publication, this story tells the timeless lessons of the power of prayers and having faith in God.
National Theatre Wales' next production, Before I Leave, will be a moving and uplifting production written by Patrick Jones and directed by Matthew Dunster (who directed the multi-award-winning Mametz for NTW in June 2014). It will feature covers of well-known songs by artists ranging from Tom Jones to the Sex Pistols, plus a new song by Nicky Wire and James Dean Bradfield of Manic Street Preachers, and will be performed at the Sherman Theatre, Cardiff.

Over the weekend, stars of stage and shop employees gathered for a night of stories and songs to celebrate and benefit the legendary Drama Book Shop at Feinstein's/54 Below. Check out photos from the night below!
The legendary shop has been much-talked about lately, after Lin-Manuel Miranda (of Hamilton fame) launched an internet campaign to bring sales into the flooded shop. And now, tonight, March 26th, stars of stage and shop employees will gather for a night of stories and songs to celebrate and benefit the legendary Drama Book Shop at Feinstein's/54 Below. The 7pm concert will feature many of the all-star Broadway talent who frequent the shop on a daily basis.

Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. I'll be honest, there were several elements that gave me trepidation before seeing Seattle Immersive Theatre's current production of “Romeo + Juliet” the other night. The immersive nature of it (seems to be the resurging trend and not always done well), the idea of tromping around an abandoned storefront, and the fact that while I love Shakespeare's “Romeo + Juliet” I've never actually seen a production I truly liked just to name a few. But all my fears were soon dashed as I entered a superbly crafted realm housing the best production of the play I have ever seen and culminating in a theatrical experience I'll remember for years to come.
