Undercover Productions will present the WORLD PREMIERE of ETHEL SINGS: Espionage in High C, written by Joan Beber. ETHEL SINGS begins previews on June 27th, with tonight's June 28th opening at Walker Space. Directed by Jules Aaron, ETHEL SINGS has set design by Gary Guidinger, lighting design by John Eckert Original Music by Max Kinberg & costume design by Michele Young. Sarah Brown stages manages & Sherry Netherland assistant directs. Ethel Sings is produced by Linda Toliver & Gary Guidinger for Undercover Productions.

For the first time ever, the complete Molly Bloom monologue from James Joyce's Ulysses will be performed live by not one but two actresses, Caraid O'Brien and Bernadette Quigley, as a conversation that Molly has with her younger self. Each year, Radio Bloomsday ends its 7 hour nationwide broadcast of James Joyce's Ulysses with the book's final chapter - a two hour passion filled monologue, by the novel's heroine, Molly Bloom.

Seattle Public Theater (SPT) is proud to host The Hats We Wear: A Night of One-Acts, a series of plays exploring the different paths we take in life and where they might lead us. This play festival is produced by S3 Productions, a trio of high-school students from SPT's youth ensemble.

The Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles (SCLA) presents its 22(nd) annual Simply Shakespeare reading of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,' September 27 at the Freud Playhouse, UCLA Campus. This event features a star-studded tie-dyed cast of hilarious hippies for an evening filled with peace, love reading a psychedelic 1960's adaptation of Shakespeare's play that includes iconic music of the era. Directed by SCLA's Artistic Director Ben Donenberg, the groovy participants include Billy Crystal, William Shatner, Martin Short, Topher Grace, Gillian Jacobs, Eddie Redmayne, Cedric the Entertainer, Paul Dooley, Olivia Thirlby, Alan Tudyk and co-chairs Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks and more!
