Sutton Foster is currently wowing audiences as Queenie in City Center's Encores! Off-Center concert production of Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party. Her beguiling and sweet debut album WISH was released in 2008 by Ghostlight Records, In 2011 they also released her radiant sophomore album, AN EVENING WITH SUTTON FOSTER - LIVE AT THE CAFE CARLYLE.

The performance will take place tonight, June 19, at 8:00 p.m. at the Jim Rouse Theatre: 5460 Trumpeter Road, Columbia, MD 21044.

Lincoln Center Out of Doors one of the country's longest-running, free, summer outdoor festivals opens its 45th season on July 22, 2015. A range of concerts, dance performances, family events, related film screenings, talks, and an exhibition will be presented across three weeks, from July 22 - August 9.

Tony-winning performer Kristin Chenoweth officially kicks off the Mayo Performing Arts Center 2015-2016 season with a performance on Friday, September 11 at 8 pm. It is one of over 150 events to take place at MPAC from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.

When a flood of epic proportions wipes out all but two scraggly survivors, played as a pair of Estragon and Vladimir-style hobos by Mandy Patinkin and Taylor Mac, there is very little left for them to do but sing and dance.

?The Celebrity Series of Boston announced its 2015-2016 season today, marking 77 years of bringing the world's greatest performing artists to Boston. The season opens on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 with author and speaker David Sedaris. In total, the 2015-2016 season will include 48 music, dance and entertainment engagements. Sony Classical will release pianist Simone Dinnerstein's next album, Broadway-Lafayette, in the US on February 24, 2015. The music on this album celebrates the time-honored transatlantic link between France and America through the music of George Gershwin (Rhapsody in Blue), Maurice Ravel (Piano Concerto in G Major), and Philip Lasser (The Circle and the Child: Concerto for Piano and Orchestra, written for Dinnerstein). The album was recorded with conductor Kristjan Järvi and the MDR Leipzig Radio Symphony Orchestra, by Grammy-winning producer Adam Abeshouse.

Symphony Space will welcome the season with the iconic gospel group Blind Boys of Alabama tonight, December 3 (8 pm) in the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre. Their holiday program, 'Go Tell It On the Mountain,' features an inspired selection of traditional spirituals, Christmas standards, and original tunes, all rendered in the soul-stirring vocal harmonies and funky instrumental backings that have brought them five Grammy Awards and international renown. Reviewing their CD of the same title, Mojo magazine wrote, 'There's nothing remotely schmaltzy or cloyingly sentimental about this seasonal offering from the veteran gospel group.'
