San Diego Comic Convention has filed a lawsuit against Dan Farr Productions, LLC, Newspaper Agency Company, LLC, Daniel Farr and Bryan Brandenburg in the United States District Court, Southern District of California. The complaint is for federal trademark infringement and false designation of origin. Based on conversations with San Diego Comic-Con International the lawsuit was expected. Salt Lake Comic Con organizers are confident in their case and this legal action will not affect the comic con taking place September 4-6.

Vertical Entertainment has acquired all U.S. rights to Tim Garrick's BEHAVING BADLY, starring Nat Wolff (“The Fault in our Stars”) and Selena Gomez along with Mary-Louise Parker, Elisabeth Shue, Dylan McDermott, Jason Lee, Heather Graham, Cary Elwes, Gary Busey, and Patrick Warburton. The deal was announced by the company's President, Rich Goldberg, who plans to release the film in theaters in August 2014.
