VOLLEYGIRLS will play a limited engagement at Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street, NY, NY 10036). Performances begin Monday, July 15 and continue through Saturday, July 27. Opening Night is Monday, July 15 (9 p.m.).

Renee Fleming's inspiration to have Lyric Opera of Chicago mix it up with The Second City resulted in a wildly successful collaborative show, THE SECOND CITY GUIDE TO THE OPERA. That one-night stand last January, co-hosted by Fleming and actor Patrick Stewart, sold out the full opera house with extra seating added over the orchestra pit for a capacity of about 3700.

The Second City e.t.c. has announced the opening of their 37th Revue, A Clown Car Named Desire. 'Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy' will return to Atlanta June 7-8, 2013, at 8:00 p.m., in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. The program will feature iconic selections from the video game's internationally popular 25-year catalogue of music.

The Guthrie Theater today announced that stage, film and television actor T.R. Knight will appear in BEHOLD: A Gala Performance celebrating the Guthrie's 50th anniversary on June 22, 2013. Knight will return to the Guthrie--where he first appeared onstage at the age of five and was subsequently featured in productions including Ah, Wilderness! and Amadeus--for the first time since becoming a national presence on Broadway and Off-Broadway stages and in the television program "Grey's Anatomy." He is currently featured as Harold Parrott in the newly released feature film 42 about the life story of Brooklyn Dodgers player Jackie Robinson.

Tonight, April 29th, at New York City's Pierre Hotel, the National Corporate Theatre Fund (NCTF) will honor Vanessa Williams, American Express and five resident theatres celebrating their 50th anniversary - Actors Theatre of Louisville, Guthrie Theater, Hartford Stage, Seattle Repertory Theatre and Trinity Repertory Company - at NCTF's annual Chairman's Awards Gala.
