The long-running Off-Broadway show PERFECT CRIME will make history on Tuesday, April 18th becoming the first play in New York City to ever reach a milestone 30th Anniversary.

Academy Award & Golden Globe Nominated and BAFTA Award Winning Actor Gary Busey will star on stage next month, joining the cast of the longest running Off Broadway play in NYC history, the murder mystery PERFECT CRIME.

NYC's longest running funny romantic thriller, PERFECT CRIME playing in Times Square at The Theater Center, will perform a record breaking 12,000th performance tonight, July 16th at 8:00PM.

PERFECT CRIME, the Off-Broadway 'whodunit' that New York Magazine calls "a true New York murder mystery" and the New York Times calls "a crackling thriller" will start its milestone 30th year of performances on Monday, April 18th at 8PM - continuing on as the longest running play in the city's history. The smart, funny and fast-paced thriller at the Anne L. Bernstein Theater in The Theater Center in Times Square (1627 Broadway) will have played over 11,899 performances since it first opened in 1987.

With over 11,000 performances, PERFECT CRIME is New York's longest running straight play.

 Film and television star David Butler has joined the cast of Off-Broadway's longest running play, PERFECT CRIME, in the role of W. Harrison Brent. He began performing in the role on July 27, doing a guest appearance for one month.

Tony award winning producer Hugh Hysell will be joining the cast of Off-Broadway's longest running play, PERFECT CRIME, in the role of Lionel McAuley, a savage yet charming serial killer who puts on various disguises to kill his wife's lovers and protect the teenage daughter he loves. He is a funny, dangerous, unpredictable and heartbreaking character who wants to be known as "The Baseball Bat Killer." He will begin performing in the role on Monday, June 1.

The smart, funny and fast-paced thriller at the Anne L. Bernstein Theater in The Theater Center in Times Square (1627 Broadway) will have played over 11,482 performances since it first opened in 1987 - to much fanfare, worldwide.

Robert Newman, best known for his 28 year run as Joshua Lewis on the longest running program in broadcasting history, Guiding Light, and more recently on the hit Showtime series Homeland, will be joining the cast of Off-Broadway's longest running play, PERFECT CRIME, on July 28, in the role of Inspector Ascher.
