Tennessee Shakespeare Company today announced its 11th season as the Mid-South's professional, classical theatre and education organization.

Arts Midwest yesterday announced $1 million in grants to Tennessee Shakespeare Company and 39 other nonprofit, professional theater companies across 27 states, plus the District of Columbia, to perform the works of William Shakespeare for students through Shakespeare in American Communities.

Houston's award-winning 8-piece ensemble The Suffers, have announced their sophomore full-length album, Everything Here, which is set to release on July 13, 2018. Co-produced by The Suffers, Zeke Listenbee, and John Allen Stephens, the album includes special guests such as Bun B and Paul Wall, along with a duet featuring Lyle Divinsky (The Motet), and additional vocal production from Lili K (Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa).
