Production Has Begun on COOP AND CAMI ASK THE WORLD, a Disney Channel Live-Action Series Set to Debut This Fall

Dakota Lotus and Ruby Rose Turner lead the ensemble cast of COOP AND CAMI ASK THE WORLD, a live-action comedy series about Cooper and Cameron Wrather, two middle- school siblings who make nearly all of their decisions - both mundane and madcap - by crowdsourcing opinions from the millions of followers of Cooper's online channel, Would You Wrather. Also starring are Olivia Sanabia (Just Add Magic) as their older sister Charlotte; Albert Tsai (Dr. Ken) as Coop's best friend Fred; Paxton Booth (The Toy Box) as their little brother Ollie and Rebecca Metz (Better Things) as their mom Jenna. Production has begun on the sitcom, for kids age 6-14 and their families, and is scheduled for premiere this fall on Disney Channel.
Winners Announced For Make-Up Artists And Hairstylists Guild Awards

The Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards (MUAHS, IATSE Local 706) tonight announced winners of its Annual Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Awards in 23 categories of film, television, commercials and live theater. Winners in the film categories include "DARKEST HOUR," "PITCH PERFECT 3," "I, TONYA" and "GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Vol 2." Television winners include "GAME OF THRONES," "DANCING WITH THE STARS," "THE CROWN," "BIG LITTLE LIES," "FEUD: BETTE AND JOAN" and "AMERICAN HORROR STORY: CULT." Winners in the Daytime Television category were awarded to "THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL.' "HENRY DANGER" wins Best Children/Teen Program. Theatrical honors go to MAMMA MIA and the Commercial/ Music Video Award was presented to AMERICAN HORROR STORY: CULT - PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN.

Center Theatre Group's production of 'Amelie, A New Musical' at the Ahmanson Theatre opened December 16 and continues through January 15, 2017. Based on the motion picture written by Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Guillaume Laurant, 'Amelie, A New Musical' will have its Broadway premiere at the Walter Kerr Theatre, beginning performances on March 9, 2017 and opening April 3, 2017. This is the beloved tale of Annie, an orphan determined to find her parents who abandoned her as a baby on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage, run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. After many fun-filled adventures, Annie overcomes the evil doings of Miss Hannigan, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and finds a new family and home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks.
