Opening, February 10th, the Grove Theatre will present Annie, the classic musical about never giving up hope, opening Friday, February 10th.  This is the beloved tale of Annie, an orphan determined to find her parents who abandoned her as a baby on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage, run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan.  After many fun-filled adventures, Annie overcomes the evil doings of Miss Hannigan, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and finds a new family and home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks.

This production of Annie showcases an incredibly talented cast lead by Olivia Sanabia who shines in the challenging role of Annie.  The show features Ann Shriner Thomas as Miss Hannigan, Kari Kennedy as Grace, Mike Meyer as Oliver Warbucks, Jaime Stewart as Rooster, Rebecca Payne as Lily St Regis, and a stellar supporting cast.  This production is directed by Amanda Kalkanis with choreography by Michael Milligan and stage and costume design by Nancy Gettinger.

Boasting some of Broadway's most memorable scores, including "It's the Hard-Knock Life," "Easy Street," "N.Y.C." and the ever-optimistic "Tomorrow,"Annie is a delightful theatrical experience for the entire family.

Performances are on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:29 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm, beginning Friday, February 10th, and ending Sunday, February 26th.
