According to Page Six, Lord of the Dance, Michael Flatley, who just came out of retirement to perform at Donald Trump's Liberty Ball on Friday, has just been sued by Broadway PR firm O&M Co.

Sean Cassidy, President of DKC Public Relations, Marketing and Government Relations, announced today that legendary theatrical press agent and sole principal behind O&M Co., Rick Miramontez, will be joining the company to create DKC/O&M. Also joining DKC will be O&M Co.'s top executives Andy Snyder (Creative Director) and Molly Barnett (VP, Theatrical Division), along with other key staffers from the firm.

THE 69TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS, aired live from Radio City Music Hall, Sunday, June 7 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. After the ceremony is when the real fun started though, as most of the evening's celebrity guests headed to the annual Tonys Party at the Carlyle Hotel, hosted by O&M Co. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, actors and creative team members have lately been voicing their opinions about a recent Wall Street Journal article by Joanne Kaufman who writes about how often she leaves in the middle of Broadway shows. The latest reaction has come from Rick Miramontez, of Broadway public relations firm, O&M Co.

Last Sunday, Rick Miramontez & O&M Co. hosted a party at Queen of the Night that included some Broadway notables for a preview of the newly renovated Diamond Horseshoe, located in a subterranean space beneath Aby Rosen's Landmark Paramount Hotel in Times Square. Sanders will handle an eclectic client list that includes Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, dining and nightlife venues, as well as individuals.

In honor of Fleet Week, Broadway's own super hero Spider-Man, welcomed real American heroes from the U.S. Armed Services to New York City, sailing into New York Harbor aboard the USS Wasp in the "Parade of Ships" earlier today. Spider-Man was given a tour of the ship by the Admiral, took photos with sailors, and gave a salute to everyone onboard for their service.

On April 11, 2012, Broadway legend Joel Grey celebrated his 80th birthday with a special private party hosted by his longtime PR firm, O&M Co., at The McKittrick Hotel's Manderley Bar (also home to SLEEP NO MORE), following that evening's performance of ANYTHING GOES. BWW's scoopers got their hands on a cell phone shot video of the tireless star entertaining the crowd with another unforgettable performance of 'Willkommen' from CABARET. Where he gets the energy from, we don't know.

Joyce Friedmann, former president of Friedmann Theatrical and director of Press, Publications and Advertising, Yale Repertory Theatre/Yale School of Drama, has joined O&M Co., it was announced today by Rick Miramontez, President. Ms. Friedmann will oversee her own roster of accounts, and launch O&M Co.'s new theatrical touring division.
