The Alley Theatre's Alley All New Festival, February 2 - February 12, features seven playwrights and more than 30 actors from the Alley and around the country presenting new work through a series of readings and workshop performances, and a premiere production.
Labyrinth Theater Company presents the world premiere of the witty and socially poignant production of Dolphins and Sharks by upcoming playwright James Anthony Tyler. The production, which marks Tyler's professional debut, is scheduled for February 9 - March 19 and is directed by Charlotte Brathwaite.

Syncing Ink, a semi-autobiographical play by NSangou Njikam leads audiences on a mystical, lyrical Hip Hop ride to discover what it really takes to freestyle.

Music Director Matt Ray will join Mac for the work-in-progress performances, which span three decades from Mac's wildly ambitious, multi-year effort to chart the history of popular music in America, from the nation's founding in 1776 to the present day. The Samuel French Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival, the nation's premier short play competition, takes place August 9 - 14 at the East 13th Street Theater (Classic Stage Company).
