3K Pictures announces today that veteran sales agent Mimi Steinbauer and her company Radiant Films International is handling all worldwide rights excluding North America to director Sam Kadi's debut drama THE CITIZEN. Previously, Steinbauer has handled international sales on titles such as Academy Award winning THE HURT LOCKER, GHOSTRIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE 3D, BLUE VALENTINE and the box office phenomenon LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy. THE CITIZEN was produced by Kadi, Chris Wyatt (NAPOLEON DYNAMITE) and Alan Noel Vega, with Ameer Kabour executive producing. The film is currently scheduled to screen for distributors at the upcoming American Film Market after the international premiere at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival on October 14th.
