Christina Hendricks to Host 2013 P&G Beauty & Grooming Awards

P&G Canada announced that Emmy-nominated TV actress Christina Hendricks will host the fifth annual P&G Beauty & Grooming Awards on December 2, 2013. Best known for her portrayal of 'Joan Holloway' on AMC's critically acclaimed series Mad Men, the former model and one of Hollywood's most beautiful actresses will grace the stage as P&G celebrates the best Canadian editorial and creative talent in beauty, fashion and grooming. Hendricks joins Nia Vardalos, Queen Latifah, Kim Cattrall and Rob Lowe who have served as previous hosts.

In THE BOY NEXT DOOR, Lopez plays a recently separated mother who enters into a relationship with teenage boy - when she breaks things off suddenly, he channels FATAL ATTRACTION, and she discovers that he's not quite ready to let her go. Chenoweth will take on the role of her best friend, while Corbett will play Lopez's ex-husband.

The Elios Charitable Foundation announced today the program and honorees for the highly anticipated 9th Hellenic Charity Ball, to be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Westin St. Francis on Union Square (335 Powell Street, San Francisco). One of San Francisco's most star-studded events, the biennial gala pays tribute to distinguished arts and entertainment luminaries in the Greek-American community and is the principal source of funding for the Elios Charitable Foundation. This year's honorees include San Francisco Symphony trumpet player, Chris Bogios and his son, Counting Crows drummer, Jim Bogios; internationally acclaimed tenor, Mario Frangoulis; and American film producer, Stratton Leopold. 2009 Hellenic Charity Ball Honoree,Marilu Henner, will be the evening's emcee.

They gather enough evidence for ADA Barba (Raul Esparza) to file charges, but the case begins to spiral as he contends with a deceptively tough defense attorney (guest star Vardalos.) Also starring Mariska Hargitay (Detective Olivia Benson), Ice-T (Detective Odafin Tutuola), Danny Pino (Detective Nick Amaro), and Kelli Giddish (Detective Amanda Rollins). Also guest starring Victoria Rowell ('The Young and The Restless') and Fred Norris ('The Howard Stern Show'). 'Criminal Hatred' airs Jan. 30 on NBC.

According to TVGuide.com, MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING's Nia Vardalos has officially signed on for a guest spot on LAW & ORDER: SVU. The Oscar-nominated actress is set to play Counselor Minonna Efron in an upcoming episode, in which she will work alongside D.A. Barba (Broadway's Raul Esparza).
