Playful Productions and Michael Alden Productions have announced that the world premier production of the original play of The King's Speech by David Seidler will be brought to the stage next year in a production directed by Adrian Noble.
According to a report in Variety, producer Matthew Byam Shaw, general manager Nia Janis and executive producer Nick Salmon of London's ACT Productions are slated to transition from ACT to helm a new venture Playful Productions, a new theater production and general management company.
