NEW YORK MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL (NYMF) and CASTLE WALK THEATRE COMPANY LLC presents, as part of the 2013 next link project, the world premiere production of Milton Granger's CASTLE WALK, directed by Richard Stafford. Castle Walk plays a one-week limited engagement at PTC Performance Space (555 West 42nd Street, NY, NY). Performances begin tonight, July 22nd and continue Sunday, July 28th.

Ejay Yatco, 22-year-old musical theater arranger, composer and pianist from the Philippines, whose recent works for American musicals 'Little Shop of Horrors' and 'Edges' and Filipino rock musical 'Sa Wakas' received critical acclaim, has made it to the 17th annual World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) final, where he is set to compete with two other adult instrumentalists: Jonathan Saw, an electronic violinist from Singapore and Stepan Mezencev, a classical violinist from Russia. The winner will be declared Instrumentalist of the World.

Theatre Aspen is presenting a staged reading of the new musical Cross That River on Sunday, July 28th, at the Hurst Theatre in Aspen, Colorado. The musical is subtitled 'a new musical about the black west' with a book by Allan & Pat Harris and music and lyrics by Allan Harris (based on an original story by Allan & Pat Harris).
