The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) presents Swiss Family Robinson, a world premiere musical comedy by John and Patrick Kennedy. Patrick Kennedy directs a cast of seventeen including Tom Bozell*, William James Daniels*, Paul DeBoy* (Mamma Mia), Alexander Ferguson, Danielle Gimbal, Patrick Oliver Jones* (The Addams Family), Heidi Kloster, Michael Lorz (Gross Indecency), Matt Mundy*,Sergio Pasquariello, James Patterson* (Mary Poppins), Jessie Shelton*, Barbara Tirrell* (Wicked), Meg Schneider, Emily Shoolin* (Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark), Sam Tedaldi*, and Elisa Van Duyne* (Finian's Rainbow, 110 in the Shade). ?

Prospect Theater Company has announced that their Off-Broadway production of UNLOCK'D has been extended through July 20, 2013.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) and James Harvey present The Crack in the Ceiling. Performances will take place on July 15th at 3:00PM & 7:00PM and July 20th at 1:00PM at The Studio at Theatre Row (410 W. 42nd Street). Starring Broadway's Annie Edgerton* (Mamma Mia!), Zachary Mackiewicz* (Mary Poppins Broadway National Tour), and Anthony Apicella (Huckleberry Haywood, The Copa Boys). Created and written by James Harvey with direction by Stephen Tyler Davis. Jordan Jones-Reese serves as music director and Sarah Ellen Hughes is stage manager.

Performances will take place on July 10th at 3:00PM & 7:00PM and July 13th at 8:00PM at The Studio at Theatre Row (410 W. 42nd Street). Starring Jennifer Fouche* (Off-Broadway's Sistas), Angela Grovey* (Broadway's Leap of Faith), two time Audelco Award Winner Juson Williams*, Kenya Lee*, Cheryl Gadsden, Annie Lee Moffett*, Carrie Compere* (Broadway bound Holler If You Hear Me, National tourShrek the Musical), Audelco nominated chandra thomas*, and Michael Roberts* (National and International tour West Side Story, Dreamgirls) . The book and lyrics are written by Steve Mackes and music by Joseph-Vernon Banks. Kevin Ray serves as music director and Bayo is stage manager.

'Ever Happily After,' an original musical fairytale written by award-winning playwright, Jill Jaysen with music by Emmy award-winning composer, Randy Klein and lyrics by Matthew Hardy, will be featured in the upcoming New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) on Sunday, July 21st at 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. at The Alice Griffen Jewel Box Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenue. Performances of the New York premiere of Roger Bean's ("The Marvelous Wonderettes") new musical LIFE COULD BE A DREAM - winner of the LA Drama Critics Circle, LA Weekly Theatre and Backstage Garland Awards for Outstanding Musical - begin tonight (Monday, July 8th) at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street) in Manhattan.

Full casting is announced today for the London Premiere of Broadway musical [title of show], which will play at the Landor Theatre from Wednesday 7 August (press night Monday 12 August) to Saturday 14 September 2013. The cast will feature Simon Bailey as 'Jeff', Scott Garnham as 'Hunter', Sarah Galbraith as 'Susan' and Sophia Ragavelas as 'Heidi'.

A new staging of the Emmy-winning composer Gerald Fried's jazz-flavored oratorio "Omnia Ad Dei Gloriam, or Les the Least Straightens the Lord," will be performed as part of this year's New York Musical Theatre Festival.
