Following its sold-out run as part of the 2012 New York International Fringe Festival, Gay Camp will move its production to The Players Theatre for an extension beginning September 21, 2012.
Tonight, Monday 9/17 is the final performance for the Revolve Productions presentation of "PIECES" by Chris Phillips winner of an "EXCELLENCE IN PLAYWRITING" Award, for the 16th New York International Fringe Festival. The acclaimed play was named an early selection for this FringeNYC Encore Series. It was one of the four shows that were selected for the early announcement during the Festival, by a group of seven theatre producers led by Darren Lee Cole. The Encore performances are at the historic SoHo Playhouse at 15 Vandam Street (bet 6th Ave & Varick), NYC. Brian Zimmer directs the thought provoking drama.

One Girl's Romp Through M.I.T.'s Male Math Maze, tonight, September 14, at 7:00pm in the Martel Theater of the Vogelstein Center for Drama and Film. Free and open to the public, Truth Values, a project of Unexpected Theater, is written and performed by Gioia De Cari and directed by Miriam Eusebio. Following a sold-out run in January, pianist/singer/songwriter Gary Negbaur returns to Metropolitan Room for four Sunday nights, tonight, September 9 and September 16, 23 & 30 at 7pm, with his highly acclaimed show DIGGIN' THE BEATLES. Accompanying Negbaur for this innovative interpretation of the Beatles songbook will be his quartet, guitarist David Phelps, bassist Ritt Henn & drummer Nat Seeley.

On October 9 the seven members of the critically acclaimed theater troupe PigPen Theatre Co.-the only company to win top honors at the New York International Fringe Festival two years in a row-release their first album, Bremen, to the general public. First released in April to friends and supporters of the company, the album is a collection of standalone original indie-folk compositions that bear the group's signature storytelling voice and acoustic instrumentations by each of its members. CANON IN D MINOR has been selected for the Fringe Encores Series following its New York premiere in the New York International Fringe Festival. Out of the 187 productions in this year's festival, CANON IN D MINOR is one of just 19 chosen for the series. The production will run at SoHo Playhouse for an additional five performances beginning Sept 15th.
