Mile Square Theatre presents the New Jersey premiere of Steven Levenson`s comedy Core Values, nominated for a 2014 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Play, at the Edge Lofts in Hoboken.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater Artistic Director David Van Asselt and Managing Director Brian Long have announced the company's 2014-2015 programming celebrating it's 20th anniversary season. The season will include New York and World premieres by Keith Josef Adkins, Robert Boswell, Sheila Callaghan, Laura Eason, Michael Laurence, Laith Nakli, Scott Organ, Ruben Polendo, and Daniel Talbott.

The director-writer partnership in solo theater is, for many, the most important partnership in the process of developing a show for a successful performance or run. Yet how do solo theater artists identify what collaborators their show needs, connect with these professionals at the most appropriate stages of their show's development, and properly evaluate who might be the best fit for the production's highest success?

After a critically acclaimed and extended run in 2013, Award-winning Pipeline Theatre Company will present an encore engagement of CLOWN BAR by Adam Szymkowicz, with music & additional lyrics by Adam Overett. It will be directed by Andrew Neisler. Originally announced to return to its original venue, the production will instead transfer to legendary clown haunt The Box beginning June 14. Opening is slated for June 21.

Chester Theatre Company will continue its 25th Anniversary Season with Sharr White's ANNAPURNA. The production, which runs from July 10th through July 20th at the Chester Town Hall in Chester, MA, will feature CTC newcomers: Westfield-native Michelle Joyner, Daniel Riordan and director Robert Egan.

ACT ONE's Beowulf Boritt has won the 2014 Tony Award for Best Scenic Design of a Play. Act One marks Boritt's LCT debut. His Broadway credits include The Scottsboro Boys (Tony nomination), Sondheim on Sondheim, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, LoveMusik, Rock of Ages, Chaplin, Bronx Bombers, Grace, The Two and Only.

LABA: A Laboratory for Jewish Culture, working in collaboration with choreographer Renana Raz, whose work has been called "brilliant" by the Israeli press, is pleased to announce the first-ever international production of MOTHER.NET. The show aims to take the usually isolated experience of watching YouTube videos and turns it into a public experience. Artists will respond to YouTube clips on the theme of mother through dance, theater, music, storytelling, and audience interaction.

The award-winning play THEY CALL ME Q is set to make its Off-Broadway premiere this spring at St. Luke's Theatre in the heart of the Theatre District. Written and performed by Qurrat Ann Kadwani, THEY CALL ME Q began performances May 19th with the official Opening Night tonight, June 4th.

Qurrat Ann Kadwani, currently starring Off-Broadway in her award-winning play THEY CALL ME Q, will be featured on Cablevision's News 12 today (Tuesday) at 6 PM. The entire month of August 2014 will be dedicated to the creation of original works at Trustus Theatre. The month will kick off with the world premiere of the 2013 winner of the Trustus Playwrights' Festival: Deborah Brevoort's The Velvet Weapon. The show will open August 8th at 8:00pm, and run through August 16, 2014. Trustus will host a reading of the winning script from the 2014 Trustus Playwrights' Festival on August 16th at 2:00pm.

The New Group opened the New York premiere of Annapurna by Sharr White, directed by Bart DeLorenzo and featuring Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, on April 21. The limited Off-Broadway engagement will officially end its run on June 1.

The film features the voices of Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Edward Norton, Michael Cera, Nick Kroll and David Krumholtz.
