Theatre Communications Group (TCG) is pleased to announce the ten participants in the SPARK Leadership Program, one of the programs in TCG's Leading the Charge: Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, SPARK will create a more diverse theatre landscape by supporting the professional development of exceptional rising leaders of color who aim to take on executive leadership positions in artistic, management or producing roles at U.S. not-for-profit theatres.

Abrahamse & Meyer Productions are back at the Artscape Arena with ONE ARM, the company's latest exploration of the work of Tennessee Williams and the first of which is a new adaptation of a non-theatrical work by the iconic playwright and author.

The Harold Clurman Lab Theater, the professional wing of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, is proud to present the world premiere of Just About Cured by Dennis Staroselsky. Directed by Ian Morgan, Just About Cured will play from today, September 6 through 18.

Classic Albums Live will perform Abbey Road at The Colonial Theatre tonight, September 6 at 8pm. Remember when you used to listen to an entire album? Classic Albums Live does. For the first time in popular music, the greatest albums from the 60s and 70s are recreated live on stage, note for note and cut for cut.

Steep Theatre Company will launch its fourteenth season with the Midwest Premiere of Hamish Linklater's The Vandal, directed by Shade Murray. Steep's production marks the Chicago debut not only of the play, but also of the playwright. While audiences across the nation may be familiar with his extensive credits as an actor on film, television, and stage, The Vandal is Mr. Linklater's playwriting debut. The production opens on Thursday, October 2 at Steep's Edgewater home.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the Tony Award-winning musical Rodgers +Hammerstein's Cinderella will soon welcome film and television star Keke Palmer as Cinderella, Emmy Winner Sherri Shepherd as her wicked stepmother Madame, and Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award-winning actress Judy Kaye as Cinderella's Fairy Godmother - beginning September 12 at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway) in New York City. Tickets are on sale beginning September 4 for David Rabe's Sticks and Bones, the production launching The New Group's 20th Anniversary Season. Directed by Scott Elliott, this production features Richard Chamberlain, Nadia Gan, Holly Hunter, Morocco Omari, Bill Pullman, Ben Schnetzer and Raviv Ullman. Previews begin Tuesday, October 21 in advance of an Official Opening Night on Thursday, November 6. A limited Off-Broadway engagement plays through December 14 at The New Group at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street).

Dixon Place presents new work every month -- theater, puppetry, performance and visual art, music, dance and literature -- at all stages of development. This Fall, Dixon Place will present new-works-in-progress written and performed by current Artist-in-Residence David Cale. On Thursday evenings this month -- September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th at 7:30pm -- Cuz I Just Got To Be Me...Free, a series of workshop performances that feature unfettered new songs, monologues and stories -- each evening a different 45-minute set -- will be performed in The Dixon Place Lounge.

Tickets go on sale today for FISH IN THE DARK, the new comedy starring and written by Larry David, the creator and star of HBO's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' and co-creator of 'Seinfeld.' FISH IN THE DARK, to be directed by Anna D. Shapiro, will mark Larry David's Broadway debut and will feature Jayne Houdyshell, Jake Cannavale, Jonny Orsini, Rosie Perez, and Jerry Adler. The production will begin previews Monday, February 2, and open on Thursday, March 5 at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

Beginning tonight, the Off-Broadway smash THEY CALL ME Q is adding Tuesday evenings to its fall playing schedule at St. Luke's Theatre. The award-winning THEY CALL ME Q opened on June 4th to unanimous rave reviews, led by the Village Voice which lauded the emotionally charged comedy for delivering "a winning tale thanks to author and actor Qurrat Ann Kadwani's dead-on impersonations of New Yorkers and some unselfconscious spoofing of her own immigrant iterations growing up tough in the Bronx."
