Theater Latté Da announced that a season of fourmusicals and the launch of a major new work development program will comprise its 15th Anniversary Season.

3-D Theatricals presents the final show of its 2012 season, the Tony Award-winning musical HAIRSPRAY, choreography by Dana Solimando, musical direction by Allen Everman, and directed by 3-D Theatricals Executive Producer and Artistic Director T.J. Dawson. HAIRSPRAY began performances on Friday, October 12, and performs through Sunday, October 28 at the historic Plummer Auditorium, 201 E. Chapman Ave. in Fullerton. HAIRSPRAY will then travel across town to perform at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, 1935 Manhattan Beach Blvd. for three performances only November 2-4. Paper Mill Playhouse has announced a unique fundraiser on the stage of the historic Millburn Theater tonight, September 15, at 7:00pm. With live-entertainment by cabaret performer Eddie Bruce, cocktail party guests will be treated to food from Exquisite Entertaining, one of NJ's premier caterers known for their delectable creations, and wine by Sean Larkin whose Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon have garnered rave reviews. Tickets are $300 per person, $200 of which is tax deductible, and all of the proceeds will go to benefit the many artistic, education, and outreach programs of Paper Mill Playhouse.

Composer/lyricist Neil Bartram and book writer Brian Hill, Drama Desk Nominated authors of Broadway's The Story of My Life, will workshop their newest musical Something Wicked This Way Comes, adapted from the novel by Ray Bradbury, with the Weitzenhoffer School of Musical Theatre at the University of Oklahoma in October 2012.

Tonight, August 13, 2012, New York Theatre Barn will present NYTB in the D-Lounge, a monthly concert for emerging musical theatre writers (now in its 5th year), at the Daryl Roth Theatre. The August 2012 installment of NYTB in the D-Lounge features an excerpt from the new musical Carolina Breeze from writing team Joel Waggoner and Lori Mannette, as well as selections from the new musical Kingdom Come by Matt Webster. The monthly series is executive produced by Laura Brandel and Jason Najjoum.
