After years of only sharing his work with private individual clients (think Oprah and Madonna) and designing for Barneys, Bergdorf's and other elite boutiques, Mark Schwartz is sharing his famous shoe paintings with the public through the launch of his website www.highheeledart.com. The site showcases many of the iconic shoe paintings that have garnered him a reputation as one of the most "inspiring fashion artists of the modern era."
Culture Project Names Theatre After Lynn Redgrave; Ceremony Tonight

Culture Project will rename their mainstage theatre, currently known as 45 Bleecker Street, the Lynn Redgrave Theatre this June. The announcement was made onstage by Mr. Buchman during the opening night curtain call for Culture Project's current production of Shaheed: The Dream and Death of Benazir Bhutto. A naming ceremony and commemorative gala in honor of the late Ms. Redgrave will take place today, June 3, 2013 at Stage 48 (605 West 48th Street, New York City). Honorary Chairs for the evening are Vanessa Redgrave, Liam Neeson, and Ms. Redgrave's three children Annabel Clark, Ben Clark, and Pema Clark.

At the famed Alwyn Court Jamie deRoy & it's residents performed in the court yard of this New York City designated Landmark's annual Holiday Party. The neo-French Renaissance apartment building was built in 1907 and it's list of celebrity tenants is long. Among them were Frederick Steinway, Oscar Levant, Fred Allen and Natasha Richardson. David Lewis was the music director of the 'Lobby Show' and Emery Davis was on Clarinet.

The Evening Standard Theatre Awards, established in 1955, are presented annually for outstanding achievements in London Theatre, and this year's nominations longlist has just been announced. Sponsored by the Evening Standard newspaper, this year's shortlist will be announced on November 12 and the winners revealed on November 25.
American Theatre Wing Honors the Redgrave Family Tonight, 9/24

The American Theatre Wing previously announced that its annual Gala, to be held tonight, September 24 at 6:30 PM at The Plaza Hotel (Fifth Avenue at Central Park South), will honor the Redgrave family's six generations of outstanding work and invaluable contributions to the theatrical community. Vanessa Redgrave, along with other family members, will be in attendance to share in the celebration.
