It is confirmed that ROCK OF AGES will close on 2 November 2013 at the Garrick Theatre, prior to embarking on a UK national tour.

The cast of ROCK OF AGES rallied the crowds at West End Live last weekend in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Air Guitar Ensemble. With several thousands of people rocking to 'Sweet Child O' Mine' in Trafalgar Square there's no doubt that the crowd was big enough to beat the ensemble of just 2377 in the US casino which has held the record since 2011. Yet the final decision rests with World Record officials who must decide whether the attempt qualifies according to their rules.

The cast of Rock of Ages have released a video enticing fans to vote for them in the Oliviers Audience Award category!

ROCK OF AGES is currently in previews at London's Shaftsbury Theatre, led by Justin Lee Collins, Shayne Ward, Amy Pemberton, Oliver Tompsett and Simon Lipkin. The production officially opened on September 27. The cast is rounded out by: Ja'Keith Gill, Rohan Tickell, Jodie Jacobs, Sandy Moffat Nathan Amzi, Natalie Andreou, Grant Anthony, Carly Mercedes Dyer, Cordelia Farnworth, Ian McIntosh, Twinnie-Lee Moore, Jamie Muscato, Andrew Spillett, Zizi Strallen, Amy Thornton and Dylan Turner.
